Matthew Day joins UIB as Operations Director, Aviation division

International broker United Insurance Brokers (UIB) today announced the appointment of Matthew Day as Operations Director, Aviation Division, at the Head Office in London.

Matthew will support the Aviation Division by providing day-to-day operational management for the team and by helping to expand the Aviation portfolio.

Matthew brings over 20 years' industry experience to UIB, including 12 years in aviation insurance and 4 years in corporate insurance. He holds an MBA and is an Associate member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute and Institute of Marketing.

David George, Managing Director of UIB's Aviation Division, commented on his appointment, saying: "Matthew brings a strong background in operations management and B2B marketing which complements our existing team. He will be a valuable asset to UIB and our clients worldwide."
